Dobry Backuper combines friendly interface with powerful backup capabilities, such as automatic scheduled backups. Thanks to customizable scheduling tools, the user can fully automate backup process, so that backups are built according to some schedule - daily, weekly or monthly.

Another important feature is the program's ability to save backups to any mounted device or volume, including FireWire, USB, ATA, SCSI, CD and DVD devices, or network volumes, for which the current user has the reading/writing access.
The program offers three ways to make a backup:
